Our specialist medical knowledge and experience in dealing with emergency medical cases abroad enables us to manage your situation in the most effective way, without compromising on care. 

Air ambulance evacuation is complex and not always the correct solution - it is also by far the most expensive option for medical repatriation.

For these reasons, we generally only transfer by air ambulance if the patient has an immediate life threatening condition, or in parts of the world where commercial airlines or charters do not venture.

Wherever possible we transfer high dependency patients by commercial airline, accompanied by suitably qualified and equipped medical escorts; it is faster and more comfortable for patients and almost always the most cost effective option. Our extensive experience and excellent relationships with the commercial airlines enable us to use this option when other repatriation companies would be declined.
