How we work

We understand that medical repatriation is extremely stressful for patients and their families - that’s why we assign one member of our team to see a case through from start to finish.  And all of our experienced staff are trained to ensure that the process is as safe and stress-free as possible.

We co-ordinate the entire operation from the treating hospital to the receiving facility or home address. Repatriation of an intensive care patient can be arranged within a matter of hours.

All cases are constantly managed and reviewed by our medical team to ensure that information received from the treating doctor corresponds to the patient's current condition. The decisions that we make are ethically and medically correct for the patient.

Every medical repatriation case is different. Whatever the circumstances, our professional and experienced team provides the appropriate level of support and assistance to patients, families and friends.
