Aeromed's medical triage service allows clients access to appropriate health care services by prompting the company's trained medical professionals to collect information - and then use this information to determine the appropriate level of treatment.
While this service is available through NHS Direct, it is not available in the private sector - which is why Aeromed is proud to be the first private company authorised to operate this service under licence.
This software supported triage service allows Aeromed to maintain a consistently high level of service by improving call taker compliance to the National Academy Protocols. In short it will:-
· present the proper questions and instructions in the proper order.
· automatically skip questions and instructions that are not appropriate for the specific circumstances of each case.
· automatically answer questions previously answered when the dispatcher moves to another protocol.
· free up the call taker to focus their attention on providing quality service and care, saving valuable time in an emergency situation.
All calls are recorded and all data input is automatically stored to disk with routine archiving to permanent media (CD,DVD ) on a scheduled basis.
This unique software makes the service 100% secure - and Aeromed is proud to operate its triage service using qualified paramedics who bring real life experiences to the table. The software is used to support the paramedic, not the other way around.
